Delivery choices available:

For local or regional customers, delivery commonly will take only 1 (one) day, depend on the products ordered by the customer.

For the International orders, we aim to deliver all in-stock items within 3 (three) days, but you will be advised (via email) of an estimated delivery date upon order acceptance.

Returns Policy - If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact our customer service team within 7 (seven) days of product acceptance. Please contact our customer service team if you have any problems so that we can discuss a possible replacement or a refund. Under certain circumstances, you may be required to pay for the return postage and insurance fees.

Damaged Goods - Goods received damaged must be reported to our customer service within 7 (seven) days after receiving the product in order for a replacement.

Lost Goods - For the International orders - if you have not received your goods within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving our e-mail confirmation that your order has been despatched, please contact us.
